Vaishali Assembly constituency is an assembly constituency in Vaishali district in the Indian state of Bihar. It was established in 1967.

As per Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly constituencies Order, 2008, No. 125 Vaishali Assembly constituency is composed of the following: Vaishali, Paterhi Belsar and Goraul community development blocks.[1]
Vaishali Assembly constituency is part of No. 16 Vaishali (Lok Sabha constituency).[1]
