Minapur (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is an assembly constituency in Muzaffarpur district in the Indian state of Bihar.

As per Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly constituencies Order, 2008, No. 90 Minapur (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is composed of the following: Minapur community development block; Garha, Jhaphan, Kafen Chaudhary, Narkatiya, Narma, Patiyasa and Rampur Jaipal gram panchayats of Bochahan CD Block.[1]

Minapur (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is part of No. 16 Vaishali (Lok Sabha constituency).[1]

Minapur is famous for Freedom Fighters, There are many freedom fighters are from Minapur like Satish Kushwaha, Vijay Kushwaha, Pandit Bijlee Rana, Danish Shaikh,Pandit Sahdev Jha, Chatarbhuj Jha, Harivansha Jha, Jubba Sahni, and Bangur Sahani. Chandrshekhar (Murli) Jha the part of grand jury in Muzaffarpur district court. The freedom fighter Raj Kumar Shukla who invited Mahatama Gandhi for Champaran Satygrah whose laws house is in Bhattauliya, main point to be noted is that to make him satyagrahi his wife kevala devi played an important role who was elder sister of pandit Bijlee Rana. Journalist and Author Kaushlendra Jha is also from Minapur. Former Bihar Government minister Dinesh Prasad & social worker Prem chandra Kushwaha are also from Minapur.
