Muslim Youth League conducted a Citizenship Amendment Act protests February 2020 in Shaheen Bagh square in Kozhikode.[22][23][24][25][26][27][28]

The 'day-night march'

Muslim Youth League conducted a day-night protest march[29][30] demanding withdrawal of Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) from Malappuram in 2019 December 31. Panakkad Sayed Hyderali Shihab Thangal[31] flagged off the march, which began from Pookkottur, which was the center of Malabar rebellion in 1921. The leaders prayed at the tombs of rebellion martyrs, before the commencement of the march.
