The  Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI)Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have contentis a government organization that was established through a law passed in 2010. It works under the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Indian government. The LPAI is responsible for building, improving, taking care of, and running the infrastructure at India's borders. It manages several Integrated Check Posts (ICPs) located along India's borders.

LPAI was setup by Land Ports Authority of India Act, 2010 of Parliament of India on 1 March 2012.[2]
