Angadikadavu is a town in Kannur district, Kerala, India. It is near to Karnataka border. Don Bosco college is situated in this region and it is the one of the famous colleges in Kannur. Angadikadavu town is the capital of Ayyankunnu grama panchayathu.

Education[edit]

Don Bosco College is run by Christian missionaries and has a well equipped campus. The college is reputed for courses like Journalism, Social Work, Computer Applications, Commerce etc.. Sacred Heart Schools, Angadikadavu is also located in the town.

Transportation[edit]

The national highway passes through Kannur town. Mangalore and Mumbai can be accessed on the northern side and Cochin and Thiruvananthapuram can be accessed on the southern side. The road to the east of Iritty connects to Mysore and Bangalore. The nearest railway station is Kannur on Mangalore-Palakkad line. There are airports at Kannur, Mangalore and Calicut.
