Munugode Assembly constituency

Munugode Assembly constituency is a constituency of the Telangana Legislative Assembly, India. It is one of 12 constituencies in the Nalgonda district. It is part of the Bhongir Lok Sabha constituency.
Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy of the Indian National Congress won the seat in the 2018 Assembly election.
Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy of Bharat Rashtra Samithi won the seat for the first time in the 2014 Assembly election.

<section begin="Assembly Election 2022"/> The 2022 bypoll gained significant attention as a bellwether for either the further dominance of BRS or the increasing incursion of BJP in the state, with various state-level politicians from each party campaigning the constituency and rumors of high spending and various offers made to influence voters.[1][2] BRS's Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy won the Munugode bypoll with a margin of 10,113 votes.[3]
