Avanigadda mandal is one of the 25 mandals in Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is under the administration of Machilipatnam revenue division and the headquarters are located at Avanigadda.[1][3] The mandal is bounded by Mopidevi, Koduru and Nagayalanka mandals.[4]

History

NTR district was carved out of Krishna district in 2022.[5]

As of 2011 census, the mandal has 7 settlements and all are villages.[1][6]
