Tuggali is a village in the Tuggali mandal in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, India. Tuggali is a village of nearly 5000 population.
History[edit]
In 1953, 11 Telugu speaking districts of Madras State became Andhra State with Kurnool as its capital. In 1956, Andhra State and Telangana merged together to form Andhra Pradesh. As per the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014, 10 districts were carved out of Andhra Pradesh to form Telangana.[1]
In 2022, the larger Kurnool district was split into Kurnool and Nandyal districts.[2]

Tuggali is located at 15°20′00″N 77°33′00″E / 15.3333°N 77.5500°E.[3] It has an average elevation of 469 meters (1541 feet).
