Dhamnod is a town and a nagar parishad in Dhar district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India.
Demographics[edit | edit source]
As of 2001[update] India census,[1] Dhamnod had a population of about 100,000. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Dhamnod has an average literacy rate of 78.9%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 68% and, female literacy is 51%. In Dhamnod, 15% of the population is under 6 years of age.
