Taneti Vanitha is an Indian politician and a legislator in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly. She is an MLA from Kovvuru West Godavari.She is daughter of Ex MLA Jonnakuti Babaji Rao. She is now working as Ministry of Women and Child Welfare Department. She got majority of about 25000 votes in 2019 general election from kovvuru. she elected as member of assembly from gopalapuram in 2009.she came out of TDP party due to TDP's stand on A.P bifurcation. She joined YSRCP party and contested from kovvuru.

Early life

She is the daughter of Ex-MLA Babaji rao from the Telugu Desam Party. She is from gopalapuram

Career

She won the 2009 election on TDP ticket but defected to YSR Congress party in November 2012.[1][2]
