Chennai's first multiplex Sathyam Cinemas is located off this road.[2] The road also has a restaurant of Saravana Bhavan. From under the flyover in front of Saravana Bhavan, one can enter Conran Smith Road which leads up to the famous DAV, Gopalapuram of Chennai.
