Mx TakaTak is an Indian social networking service platform,[1] owned by Bangalore-based Mohalla Tech. It was founded by Ankush Sachdeva, Bhanu Pratap Singh and Farid Ahsan,[2] and incorporated on 8 January 2015.[3] ShareChat app has over 350 million monthly active users[4][5] across 15 Indian languages.[6][7] The current valuation of the company is $5 billion.[8]
