Dui, Jalgaon district
Dui is a village in Muktainagar taluka of Jalgaon district in Maharashtra, India. It is located near the Purna river in the North Maharashtra region. [1]
GeographyEdit
Dui is situated at the foothills of a mountain range. It has 227 households, and a large number of its people are employed in agriculture. The village has a pre-primary and primary school. The village is in a jungle area, which is a habitat of tigers and wild boar. Uchanda, Ghodasgaon, Dolarkheda, Pimpri are neighbouring villages to Dui. Out of total area of the village, the forested area is 608.9 hectares.[1]
