The 2nd Pakistan International Screen Awards (PISA 2021) took place on 05 November 2021, in Dubai.
Awards Highlights[edit | edit source]
The ceremony recognized various achievements within the Pakistani entertainment industry, with Pyar Ke Sadqay winning the most awards of the night, taking home three accolades. Notably, film nominations were not announced for this edition of the awards, as no films had been released in the country during the COVID-19 pandemic, impacting the eligibility of cinematic works for consideration. This decision reflected the unprecedented challenges faced by the industry during that period.
Winners and nominees[edit | edit source]
Nominees for PISA 2021 were announced on 6 September 2021.[1][2] For the first time, jury categories were introduced.[3]
