Urun-Islampur (Islampur for short) is a city and a Municipal Council in Sangli district in the Indian state of Maharashtra.

The city is located just 3 km east of the Pune-Bangalore National Highway Number 4 (NH 4). One can have easy access to three major cities, viz. Sangli, Karad, Kodoli, Shirala, Ichalkaranji and Kolhapur from Islampur since they are nearly the same distances. The Taluka place is Walwa, which is 10 km from Islampur but all the Judicial, Panchayat, and Tehsil related procedures are carried out in Islampur. Tourist places in the vicinity of Islampur include Chandoli National Park, Sagareshwar Abhayaranya, Narsinhpur, etc.
