Tina Ann Philip(born 8 December 1995),[1][2] known professionally as Tina Philip is an Indian television actress.[3] She is best known for her role as Aastha in the Star Plus show Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee and Vidhi Kothari in the Dangal show Aye Mere Humsafar[4]

Early life[edit]

Tina was born in a Christian family.[5][6] She grew up in Manchester. Tina completed her high school from Ladybridge High School and graduated in B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics from University of Manchester. While doing theatre in the UK, she cleared her chartered accountancy exams and worked as an auditor before coming to mumbai to become an actor. [7] She got engaged with Nikhil Sharma in the year 2019[8][9]

Career[edit]

She started her career with a TV Series Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee[10] Later she appeared in Laal Ishq and Ek Bhram...Sarvagun Sampanna. In 2020, she played the main character of Vidhi Kothari in the serial Aye Mere Humsafar along with this she played lead antagonist roles in other many television serials Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya 2, Kumkum Bhagya.

In 2023, she is playing the role of Kajal Sharma in Baazi Ishq Ki[11]
