Therode

Therode is a village in Raver in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from sub district headquarter and 80 kilometres (50 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 283 houses and a population of 1220 of which 625 are males while 595 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 297 people are from Schedule Caste and 27 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
