Raver is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from sub district headquarter and 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 345 houses and a population of 1910 of which 1005 are males while 905 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 224 people are from Schedule Caste and 558 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
