Thadikavagilu is a Small village situated 16 km (10 mi) away from Ramanagara and 26 km (16 mi) from away Magadi in Ramanagara District of Karnataka State. It comes under Jalamangala grama panchayat
Art and Architecture: There is a legend that the Shiva temple was built by the Cholas in the village.
Religious life: In this village, people practice Hinduism and study the Hindu scriptures such as the Ramayana, the Mahabharata, the Bhagavad Gita, and many other texts. They are worshipers of the Hindu God. Shiva, Anjaneyaswamy, Basaveshwara Swamy and Goddesses like Maramma Devi are worshiped. The village also celebrates Marihabba and many other festivals.
