State Highway 38 is a state highway in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.[1]

It starts at Bheemunipatnam (Vemulavalasa Junction) and passes through Pendurthi (Visakhapatnam), Sabbavaram, Chodavaram, Narsipatnam, Koyyuru, Rajavommangi, Addateegala, Rampachodavaram and ends at Devipatnam.[1]
