Rashid Zirak[1] (born 26 September 1981) is an Indian Strength & conditioning coach[2] known for his contributions to cricket coaching and training. He is a professional member of the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.[3] Rashid Zirak has served as a strength and conditioning coach for the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) Men's Senior Cricket Team.[4][5][6]
Career[edit | edit source]
He was appointed by the BCCI as the Strength and Conditioning Specialist for the Arunachal Cricket Association Men's Senior Cricket Team during the 2018–19 season. Rashid Zirak also contributed to the Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA) Men's Senior Cricket team by assisting in their offseason training camp during the 2014–15 season.[7]
