Rampur is a village in Shahade in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 19 kilometres (12 mi) from sub district headquarter and 52 kilometres (32 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 343 houses and a population of 1667 of which 846 are males while 821 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 22 people are from Schedule Caste and 1609 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
