Peddavadugur is a village in Anantapur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the mandal headquarters of Peddavadugur mandal in Anantapuramu revenue division.[1][2]

History[edit]

Anantapur district was carved out of Bellary district in 1882.[3]
