Mr. Right was founded by Prashant Chaudhary and Mayank Agrawal in 2013,[2] and has its office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The co-founders came up with the concept[3] of an easy to use platform that provides a variety of hard-to-find home services such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, cleaning, pest control etc. to customers via website and mobile apps.[4]

The website was launched in mid-2013 with only six service categories and by 2015 had over 15 categories across its service portfolio.

On 12 March 2015, Mr. Right released their Google and iOS app on the Google Play and Apple App Store, respectively.[5]

Mr. Right started its operations in Delhi NCR and expanded to Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune in November 2015.[1] In April 2016, the company announced that it has started operations in Hyderabad. The company is currently operational in 15 cities across India.[6]

Google has partnered[7] with Mr. Right to extend its services in major metro cities in India including Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune.[8]
