Lakkadkot is a village in Shahade in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 21 kilometres (13 mi) from sub district headquarter and 61 kilometres (38 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 514 houses and a population of 2764 of which 1351 are males while 1413 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 9 people are from Schedule Caste and 2647 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
