Junavane is a village in Shahade in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from sub district headquarter and 52 kilometres (32 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 161 houses and a population of 848 of which 421 are males while 427 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 67 people are from Schedule Caste and 638 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
