Hyderabad–Mumbai Express

The Hyderabad Mumbai Express, also known as the Mumbai Express, is a daily train linking Hyderabad City and Mumbai. The train shares the rakes of Hussainsagar Express and follows the same route, though the latter is a superfast express. The train manifests as 17031 Mumbai – Hyderabad Mumbai Express and 17032 Hyderabad – Mumbai Mumbai Express.
- 17032 hyd-cst express contains three AC coaches: one three-tier AC(b1), one two-tier AC (a1)-and one AC first cum two tier AC (ha1).
- 17031 cst-hyd express also contain 3 AC coaches: two three-tier AC(b1&b2), one AC two-tier(a1).
Mumbai express departs Hyderabad at 08:40 PM and reach Mumbai at 01:05 PM. Hyderabad express departs Mumbai at 12:45 PM and reach Hyderabad Deccan at 05:55 AM. This train makes a total of 26 halts including the destination points during the journey.[1] This year's history of the train shows that most of the times this train runs later than scheduled.[2]

The train uses WAP-4 of Vijayawada Shed between Hyderabad Deccan Nampally and Mumbai CST, with piggybacking WDP-4D loco of Pune Shed between Wadi and Kurduvadi.
