Hullapur is a village in Sareni block of Rae Bareli district, Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] It is located 20 km from Lalganj, the tehsil headquarters.[3] As of 2011, it has a population of 1,864 people, in 355 households.[2] It has one primary school and no healthcare facilities.[2]

At the turn of the 20th century, Hullapur was one of only three villages in the Murarmau taluqdari estate that was directly controlled by the raja (the remainder of the estate was mortgaged to the Rana of Khajurgaon).[4] The other two were Murarmau itself and Tiwaripur.[4]
The 1961 census recorded Hullapur as comprising 3 hamlets, with a total population of 854 people (417 male and 437 female), in 157 households and 133 physical houses.[5] The area of the village was given as 606 acres.[5]
The 1981 census recorded Hullapur as having a population of 1,171 people, in 205 households, and having an area of 240.36 hectares.[3] The main staple foods were given as wheat and rice.[3]
