So far I made over 500 edits and created many articles during this event and secured the first place. I would like to have the adminship user right so I can help the community in a more advance way. Questions for the candidate

Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Bharatpedia as an administrator. Please answer these questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?

A: Principally regulatory work is to examine articles for striking quality, in the event that the article doesn't meet prominence rules, article should be erased based on conversation or quick cancellation. Then, heads need to safeguard articles from defacing. In the event that any alter battle in any article it should be safeguarded. That is what I will do here. Also, because of absence of lacking administrators many works get postponed, so I need to fix it. Presumably I might decrease your work pressure.

2. What are your best contributions to Bharatpedia, and why?

A: I have made numerous significant articles in Bharatpedia. Furthermore, Iam autopatrolled. I have an extraordinary alter include in beyond 30 days close to User:WikiDwarf.

3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?

A: No, I have no contentions in altering articles. Also, I generally disapprove of some other clients, it's going great, On the off chance that any struggles or any issues with different clients in future, I figure out them with talk. 1. My primary concern is related to Muskit's maturity and level of experience. It appears that Muskit may still be in the early stages of their journey within the Bharatpedia community, and their experience may not be extensive enough to handle the diverse challenges that come with an admin role. Admins play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the platform, and it is essential to ensure that candidates possess the necessary experience to make well-informed decisions.

   Additionally, I have observed that Muskit's focus seems to be rather narrow as well as some of his articles denied of lacking proper sources [1] , conflict with admin WikiDwarf[2]. A well-rounded admin should have a broad understanding of the various facets of the community, and their decisions should reflect consideration for the diverse needs and opinions of its members. If elected, it is crucial that an admin is capable of addressing a wide range of issues and contributing to the platform's growth holistically.

   I want to emphasize that my opposition is not a personal attack on Muskit but rather a consideration of the qualifications and attributes necessary for a successful admin. It is important for Bharatpedia to have a team of administrators who collectively possess the skills, experience, and maturity required to lead the community effectively. 2. I agree with Magadha Historian, and I think Muskit Gergous lack the knowledge of policies and guidelines. They recently incorrectly moved some pages and draftified Basudeipur which is a notable subject under Bharatpedia:Notability (geographic features) and apart from that they also moved Draft:Rohit Gill to the main namespace two weeks ago just after the submission was declined by WikiDwarf due to notability and sources so I don't feel they are a good fit for the sysop group. 3. As per above. Also, despite knowing the facts that Draft:Farhan Rana Rajpoot is not ready for the main namespace, Muskit Gergous tried to push the draft to the main namespace multiple times and was involve in move war with an admin. BellaCH (talk) 13:00, 3 December 2023 (IST)
