Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Bharatpedia as an administrator. Please answer these questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?

A: Deleting non-sensical pages, blocking bad-faith users (last resort) and other works as required

2. What are your best contributions to Bharatpedia, and why?

A: Thanks to the admins, I was able to contribute to many reforms via help desk and Village pump such as case sensitive page name issues, Internet archive bot and such. But credit goes to them who heard my voice.

3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?

A: Some bad-faith users cause me stress like Dr. Aviraj and Dr. Editor. I report them to the admins.

1. Too soon for adminship. The account is not even a month old, with only 274 edits in the main namespace since registration. There are also concerns regarding incorrect speedy deletion tagging, such as this, where the user tagged a draft with G11 despite it not being exclusively promotional or clearly meeting the criterion that it would need to be fundamentally rewritten to serve as an encyclopaedia article. This raises concerns about their understanding and application of the speedy deletion criteria. More importantly, an administrator must be polite, patient, and helpful towards all users, including those unfamiliar with the policies and guidelines. Referring to Dr. Aviraj and Dr. Editor as "bad-faith users" who cause them stress, as stated in the nomination, raises concerns about their ability to handle disputes impartially and constructively. That said, the candidate is doing good work in creating new pages, fighting vandalism, and helping with cleanup, and I appreciate their efforts. I would encourage them to continue contributing in these areas, focus on tasks they are more experienced in, and gain a better understanding of policies through experience. Waiting at least six months before renominating would give them sufficient time to build their experience, demonstrate sound judgement, and develop the patience and impartiality expected of an administrator. I feel it is too early for adminship, which needs solid experience and community trust built over time. General comments

• Is there a time or experience limit for adminship? I am not willing to renominate me again even after many years as it implies selfishness and desire for adminship. I just requested adminship to assist you guys as you are only 6 people, I feel bad. So there's no desire in me to become admin as such.

On pune flats, Have you seen the article it clearly lists a personal website in infobox and there's no meaningful content. The author is trying to use Bharatpedia as a leads generating website. I value hardwork and genuine articles but I don't think drafts like those should be allowed.

Yes sir, as mentioned at Bharatpedia:Requests for adminship, the minimum edit count should be 500, and the account should be at least 30 days old. Regarding the contributions of other users, you can certainly argue your position, and I understand your concerns about promotional content and bad-faith editing. However, adminship comes with additional responsibilities, so as administrators, we must evaluate everyone equally and apply the same standards to all users, even when we believe they are acting inappropriately. We need to assess each case objectively based on the relevant policies and evidence, rather than personal opinions about a particular editor.

I appreciate that your intention in requesting adminship was to help the existing team, especially when there are only a few active administrators. That is commendable, and you can continue making valuable contributions without adminship. My edit count is more than 600 and one month will be complete in some days. We need to assess everyone not only as per policies but also use our conscience as discernment. Policies can be misused and properly used based on the conscience of an administrator. It's true that an admin shouldn't harass other editors due to his personal issues or agenda.
