Bamkheda-t-tarhad is a village in Shahade in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 23 kilometres (14 mi) from sub district headquarter and 60 kilometres (37 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 713 houses and a population of 3318 of which 1739 are males while 1579 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 250 people are from Schedule Caste and 1362 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
