Tiruvuru
Tiruvuru is a Nagar parishad in the NTR district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the mandal headquarters of Tiruvuru mandal in the Tiruvuru revenue division.[1][2]

History
Tirivuru was made a NP in 2011.[2]
NTR district was carved out of Krishna district in 2022.[3] It came into being on 4 April 2022.[4]
Geography
Tiruvuru covers an area of 27.67 sq km.[2] Tiruvuru has 114 km of roads.[5]
Demographics
In the 2011 census, Tiruvuru had a population of 34,173.[2]
Education
- Government Junior College, established in 1969 at Tiruvuru, is a Telegu medium coeducational institution, having facilities for teaching in classes XI and XII.[6]
- Nagarjuna Junior College, established in 2003 at Tiruvuru, is an English medium coeducational institution, having facilities for teaching in classes XI and XII.[7]
- Sai Sai Junior College, established in 2004 at Tiruvuru, is a Telugu medium coeducational institution, having facilties for teaching in classes XI and XII.[8]
