Sanchore district is a district of Rajasthan state in western India. The city of Sanchore is the administrative headquarters of the district. Total area of sanchore tehsil is 2,996 km² including 2,980.41 km² rural area and 16.00 km² urban area and has population of 4,87,458 (2011 census).[1]This district came into existence on August 7, 2023 by separating from Jalore district.[2][3]
