Rajupalem is a village in Palnadu district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a gram panchayat and the mandal headquarters of Rajupalem mandal in Sattenapalli Revenue Division. [1][2]

History

As per Gazettee No. 939 of 26 January 2022, the old Guntur District, formed in 1904, was split into three districts – Guntur, Palnadu and Bapatla. [3]

Rajupalem covers an area of 11.78 sq km. [2]

Demographics

According to the 2011 census, Rajupalem village had a population of 4,139. It had a literacy rate of 60.04%.[2]
