Sakhinetipalli is a village and mandal headquarters of the Sakhinetipalli mandal in the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district of Andhra Pradesh, India.[2]

History

Konaseema district was one of the thirteen new districts formed on 4 April 2022.[3][4][5]According to the Gazette Notification No. 1156 dated 2 August 2022, Konaseema District was renamed as Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District.[6]

Transport

The village is one of the three important Ferry points for Sakhinetipalli-Narasapuram and the other two being; Kotipalli-Mukteswaram and Bodasakurru-Pasarlapudi in the Konaseema region.[7][8]
