Ravulapalem is a town in the Ravulapalem Mandal in the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district of Andhra Pradesh. Ravulapalem is the entry point for the lush green Konaseema Delta region. Ravulapalem is well known for its Banana Market, diverse cuisine, hospitality of its people & numerous trucking services that caters to PAN India.
History[edit]
Konaseema district was one of the thirteen new districts formed on 4 April 2022.[2][3][4]According to the Gazette Notification No. 1156 dated 2 August 2022, Konaseema District was renamed as Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District.[5]

The civic body of Ravulapalem is going to be upgraded as municipal council.

Ravulapalem is located on NH 216A. The nearest major railway stations are Rajahmundry railway station and Tanuku railway station and the nearest airport is Rajahmundry Airport which is 40 km away.
