Kapileswarapuram is a village in the Kapileswarapuram mandal in the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.[1]

Konaseema district was one of the thirteen new districts formed on 4 April 2022.[2][3][4]According to the Gazette Notification No. 1156 dated 2 August 2022, Konaseema District was renamed as Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District.[5]
Geography[edit | edit source]
The Godavari River flows through the village. The Zamindari Board Middle School was founded in 1918, later changed to a High School and renamed after the Zamindar Sri Balusu Buchi Sarvarayudu garu.
