Atchampet is a village in Palnadu district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the mandal headquarters of Atchampet mandal in Sattenapalli Revenue Division. [1]
History
As per Gazettee No. 939 of 26 January 2022, the old Guntur District, formed in 1904, was split into three districts – Guntur, Palnadu and Bapatla. [2]
Geography
Atchampet municipality covers an area of 18.70 sq km. [3]
