G Konduru (also referred to as Konduru) is a village and a gram panchayat in the NTR district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the mandal headquarters of G. Konduru mandal in the Vijayawada revenue division.[1]

History

NTR district was carved out of Krishna district in 2022. [2]It came into being on 4 April 2022.[3]

Geography

G Konduru covers an area of 8.63 sq km.[4]

The nearest town, Vijayawada, is 28 km away.[5]

Demographics

According to the 2011 census, G Konduru had a population of 8,158, of which 4,110 were males and 4,048 females. [4]

It has a literacy rate of 63.51%.[5]
