Zende-anjan is a village in Shirpur tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 32 kilometres (20 mi) from sub district headquarter and 30 kilometres (19 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 461 houses and a population of 2357 of which 1160 are males while 1197 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 7 people are from Schedule Caste and 2309 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
