You Scod18

You Scod18 is an Indian cable television service provider based in Mumbai. It operates in Mumbai, Bangalore and Visakhapatnam. It is owned by You Telecom.^[1] In 2008, Citigroup promoted Citigroup Venture Capital International (CVCI) acquired a controlling stake in cable distributor Scod 18 via Digital Outsourcing Pvt Ltd a subsidiary of You Telecom and renamed it You Scod 18.^[2] In the same year, Indian businessman Tulsi Tanti bought a 49% stake in Digital Outsourcing Pvt Ltd, the company which operates under the You Scod18 brand.^[3]
