Welode is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 20 kilometres (12 mi) from sub district headquarter and 90 kilometres (56 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 566 houses and a population of 2505 of which 1303 are males while 1202 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 278 people are from Schedule Caste and 587 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
