Waghode is a village in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from sub district headquarter and 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 446 houses and a population of 2210 of which 1065 are males while 1145 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 268 people are from Schedule Caste and 1283 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
