Wadne is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 29 kilometres (18 mi) from sub district headquarter and 29 kilometres (18 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit | edit source]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 268 houses and a population of 1366 of which 709 are males while 657 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 81 people are from Schedule Caste and 310 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
