Vitner is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 35 kilometres (22 mi) from sub district headquarter and 83 kilometres (52 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 459 houses and a population of 2015 of which 1039 are males while 976 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 103 people are from Schedule Caste and 1025 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
