Velagalapalem is a village in Rajavommangi Mandal, East Godavari district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.[1]

Velagalapalem is located at 17°26′12″N 82°07′02″E / 17.4368°N 82.1172°E.
Demographics[edit]
As of 2011[update] India census, Velagalapalem had a population of 594, out of which 294 were male and 300 were female. The population of children below 6 years of age was 9%. The literacy rate of the village was 52%.[2]
