Vehergaon is a village in Sakri tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 60 kilometres (37 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 658 houses and a population of 3750 of which 1949 are males while 1801 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 105 people are from Schedule Caste and 633 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
