Vardharne is a village in Sakri tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 18 kilometres (11 mi) from sub district headquarter and 62 kilometres (39 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 315 houses and a population of 1467 of which 730 are males while 737 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 40 people are from Schedule Caste and 160 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
