Vadri Kh is a village in Yawal in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) from sub district headquarter and 53 kilometres (33 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 503 houses and a population of 2130 of which 1079 are males while 1051 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 222 people are from Schedule Caste and 993 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
