Vadphali is a village in Nawapur tehsil in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 28 kilometres (17 mi) from sub district headquarter and 37 kilometres (23 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 311 houses and a population of 1337 of which 663 are males while 674 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 1225 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
